An URBAN Regeneration

Project brief: The privatisation of the Naval dockyard and disuse of the Steel mill leaves Sheerness struggling to recover from it's economic depreciation since the mid 1900's.

This town-wide regeneration strategy, to be executed in 7 phases, aims to provide Sheerness with the necessary income generator; an aquatic village.
